Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice about the malfunction of my computer, while I was working yesterday.
As you know I was working with the monthly production report of our company, While preparing my report my system suddenly
stopped working. I did try to restart my computer few time and it was futile.
As you know that I have to submit the report by this week's end and If not, it will affect next week's production schedule . I would request you to consider this as an emergency situation and send some expert to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Moreover I would inform you that the report is made offline there is no other choice to complete the work in any other device.
It would be greatful If you could ask the technical department to send their staff to check my computer, and hope that they fix the problem within time.
