Dear IT manager,
I am writing this letter to grab your attention regarding a technical glitch, which I am facing from last one month. When I try to start my laptop, it will take more time to start compared to prior. It also shows me notification about update windows version a it is currently having windows 7 system.
Due to this issue, I could not complete my daily task as well as monthly task, which includes attendance maintenance, payroll management. This problem might be delayed salary payment of all employees as I could not open payroll management system due to this problem. Apart from this, I cannot open MS office account, which might be major issue as I have to issue employee appraisal and promotion letter to new promoted employees.
I tried to fix this problem with troubleshoot guide, which I received from IT department, but it cannot help me. I requested you to kindly help me to resolve this problem as quickly as possible, so that I will complete my pending task.
