Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to inform you that I have a systematic problem in my computer. Really, I am very confusing how can I solve this unexpected problem and what are the causes for this kind of errors. Especially, I keep my PC clean and only I use it for writing my reports using our licensed Microsoft office version.
Suddenly, yesterday when I was working on our financial report, the PC opened multiple pop windows at the same time. However, when I tried to close these windows, new one appeared at the same moment. After that, the PC has been restarted and gave me a blue screen, where it is mentioned in this screen that I need to replace my hardware to be able to start the PC. Then, I restarted my PC in order to open my account but unfortunately same thing happened again.
Therefore, and since I didn’t have any modified copy from the last version of the financial report I started my report from zero using the old PC that is available in the conference room. So that, I would like to ask you for an extension another day in order to send you the last version of this report. Also, I need your help to let the maintenance department to fix my PC as early as possible to be able to continue other works here.
Looking forward to hearing from at the earliest future and what your suggestion regarding this.
Yours faithfully,
Jwan
