Writing a letter to building manager regarding a problem parking your bicycle.
• When you started to use bicycle to go to work
• What the problem is
• Suggesting the solution of the problem.
Dear Sir,
I’m writing this letter regarding the bicycle parking space nuisance around our building area. I have started using a bicycle in the last two years as my doctor suggested losing weight. The parking space issue has been a problematic ever since I started using bicycle as many residents are adhere to cars or bikes. There is no enough space allocated for bicycle. Also, my office is just 3 miles away from the building and I feel so comfortable in using bicycle.
I had to come late from office on weekdays and it’s difficult to find parking space around our building. Sometimes, I had to park my bicycle outside our building and it’s not safe to do as there is a chance of theft. I wanted to encourage many of our residents to use bicycle as it reduces the pollution and in return it helps them to stay fit. We have many modes of transports but using bicycle reminds me of my childhood days as we used to go to school in a bicycle with a group of friends. I want to set an example in our neighborhood area for many youngsters.
To solve this problem, I have a suggestion of using the empty space beneath the stair case or allocate a space of around hundred square feet especially for bicycle parking. This could solve the parking space issue and makes me feel comfortable in parking my bicycle inside the building. Hope you understand and help me to resolve this issue as early as possible
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Arumoh
