Writing a letter to building manager regarding a problem parking your bicycle.
• When you started to use bicycle to go to work
• What the problem is
• Suggesting the solution of the problem.
Dear Sir,
I’m writing this letter regarding the bicycle parking space nuisance around our building area. I have started using a bicycle in the last two years as my doctor suggested to lose weight. The parking space issue has been a problematic ever since I started using bicycle as many residents are adhere to cars or bikes and there is no enough space allocated for bicycle. Also, my office is just 3 miles away from the building and I feel so comfortable in using bicycle.
Someday, I had to come late from office and it’s difficult to find parking space around our building. Sometimes, I had to park my bicycle outside our building and it’s not safe to do as there is a chance of theft.
To solve this problem, I have a suggestion of using the empty space beneath the stair case or allocate a space of around hundred square feet especially for bicycle parking. This could solve the parking space issue and makes me feel comfortable in parking my bicycle inside the building.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Arumoh
