Dear Igor,
I feel the need to bring the issue that has been brought to light post the recent storms that had rocked the city of Chicago. Allow me to elaborate on the details.
As you know, there was a level 6 storm warning that had been doing rounds on the television and it was ordered by the city council to keep all the small pots and other small things inside the house which can hurt the public at large. I had followed the instructions and kept everything at a distance from the main entrance. However, the day storm had city, in the neighbourhood there were mountain stones and flower pots smashed onto the properties in the neighbourhood and as result, the glasses of the house are broken and the roof is severely damaged and has been dripping from the roof.
Further, the roof is leaking which is slowly creating a mess inside the house. The droplets are falling on the floor and in turn creating small holes which are making its way to the basement and has been rusting the heating unit. It is high time now to address the problem before it crosses the threshold limit.
As you know, the city council has still issued alert for subsequent storms to hit the city and as such I want you to address the issues that I am facing in the house and get it fixed in a short time period before things get worse. I hope you will empathize with my situation and act promptly.
I will be waiting for your action on the issue.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
