Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention of an item that I had lost on my train journey from Toronto to Ottawa on July 14. Allow me to elaborate.
I am a frequent traveler between the Toronto and Ottawa and on my last journey, I lost my silver pendant which was gifted to me by my mother on my 12th birthday. It has left me feeling desolate.
I was booked in coach X and the seat number was ALX in the economy section. The time when I was boarding it got stuck in the overhead compartment baggage and the chain broke. I picked it up and had held it in my hand the whole time. The last time I saw it was at the time I was preparing for deboarding the train. I did not find it again. I have an apprehension that it might have got stuck between the two seats because of my carelessness.
As such, I request you to kindly arrange someone who could inspect the mentioned seats in the compartment and inform me if the said pendant is traced.
I will look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
