Dear Sir,
I am extremely dissatisfied with the furniture in our rental house. I am writing this letter to express my complaints and request you to take measures to tackle the issues.
I am a Chinese tourist, and we are taking a vacation in Melbourne. I was informed by my friend that your accommodation is a comfortable place to live in, so I resided in the house with my family yesterday. However, I could scarcely believe that the condition of some furniture is deplorable. First of all, there are various spider cracks and severe cracks on the mirrors. Additionally, the dining table is unstable, and it frequently wobbles when having meals, which interferes with our dining experience. The windows in my bedroom are not soundproof. As a consequence, we are affected dreadfully by traffic noises and find it difficult to fall asleep.
I would like you to send a carpenter to my place this week to fix the table and mirrors. Besides, I also ask you to replace the windows with soundproof ones that can isolate noises. I hope that the situation will be dealt with as soon as possible. If you require further information, you can contact me by email.
Yours sincerely,
David.
