I hope you are doing well.
I am Nancy Sachdeva, one of your tenants, living in your Aukland residential home , writing this letter to inform you about furniture related problems that we have been facing in your house for couple of days.
The wooden cupboards in the kitchen have damaged badly, some doors are broken and others get loosened. Moreover, there is a crack in wooden dinning table which can break down anytime. Currently, we are not able to use any of the destroyed article, which are causing us problem on the daily basis.
Through this letter, I just want to inform you about the worst condition of the furniture and request you to repair this immediately. Furthermore, after enquiring carpenter , I found that it will cost 200 dollars to repair all these things. If you cannot visit here, so please let me know , so that I can repair it by myself and eventually will cut down the expenses from the rent.
