Hi Nishant,

Hope you are doing well! My name is Raghav; I am your tennat and residing in flat B-201, Shantiniketan society.

I moved in this flat last month with my family and we all are very much happy with the place and amenities that we got with this new house except one household good. I am writing here to bring one concern in your attention regarding the condition of sofa. Actually, it is a 2 chairs and one master sofa set, chairs are fine but master sofa's spring is broken, hence we can not use it sitting. As sofa is situated in drawing hall and this is the place for welcoming guests and watching TV, and due to the sofa we can not use the hall for either of the purpose.

Therefore, I would request you to please get this sofa spring fix or replace it altogether. As it is must needed furniture and in absance of it we have to use our bedrooms for purposes that I mentioned above.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Thank you.

Your faithfully
Raghav
