Good afternoon
I am writing to you regarding the issue on furniture condition on our apartment. As you know, we had just shifted in your apartment and as per the contract all the furnitures and fixture are included on the rent. But, after moving here i didnot find some of them are in good working condition.
Some chairs you provided are very vintage and legs are loose as well and we also found scratch in our wooden dinning table, Sofa you gave us on sitting area have a hole and fur of pet, probably prervious tenant had a puppies. All these things are destroying my decor of apartment.
As per our contract, you have to provide all the fixtures and furnitures new branded and good working condition, which we had already paid to you. But, we did not found some of them as expected and my familyis not happy with this issue. So i humble request you to change all this broken thing with new one as soon as possible and make our stay comfortable.
