You and your family are moving to another country, and you are looking for rented accommodation there.

Write a letter to a property agent. in your letter

- Introduce yourself and your family
- Describe the type of accommodation that you hope to find
- Give your preference for the location of the accommodation.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request your assistance in getting a suitable property in Australia where my family and I will move in next month.

My name is Ayoub. We are not that big family as it consists only of my lovely wife and one infant, his name is Ezz. When we decided to immigrate, we could not have a better choice to ask your company assistance to advise us for the best accommodation to rent.

Although we live in a small apartment in our city, we aim to find a large apartment in Australia. Therefore, I would request that you review the current available options of two bed rooms flat within Sydney and advise us accordingly. The flat should be at ground floor with a large garden where my kid can play with his peers. a considerable area of balcony is enough for us to relax during the weekend.

The best location where I request you to search is in the city center near to the local transportation and hyper-markets. You know that I will be looking for jobs once arriving Sydney, so I will be moving around by the local transportation, and my wife won`t be having a driving licence to get our grocery very easily.

I look forward to receiving your feedback.

Yours faithfully,

Ayoub
