Dear Sir,
I am writing to rent an accommodation in Sydney, Australia. I would appreciate if you could arrange it for me.
I am 30 years old, married women from Pakistan, Lahore. I have small unit family with my husband and two children. My husband, who is an engineer by profession, recently got a new job in Australia. He has to join his firm next week, so we are planning to travel by the end of July.
I would prefer to have a two bed room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. What’s more, internet facilities and television should also be included. It is convenient to have a parking space. If possible, I would like to rent a flat with a balcony facing sea.
As far as a location is considered, building must be in city centre since my husband office is few miles from there. It should have easy access to shopping malls, restaurants and subway station. On the top, the good schools must be near to place where I could send my kids for studies.
Please tell me know that how much this kind of accommodation would cost me.
