Dear Mr.David,
I am your new tenant from apartment number- 405, Don Mills. I moved in with my family one week ago. I am writing this letter to you for appraise to the problems faced by us while living in this apartment.
The taps in the bathroom are leaking due to which my four years old daughter slipped and fall twice. The shower is also not working properly. The locks at the main door is does not get locked easily. We need to puch the door to get it tightly locked.
All these problems need an immediate action. As you have rented so many apartments in this building. I believe that you must be having a connect with any pumper or carpenter. I request you to contacted them directly or provide thor contract number, which ever finds the quickest. We have a one year lease contact with you for living in this apartment. The maintenance chargers is also included in the rent amount of this apartment.
Hope you will take all the required actions as soon as possible.
