Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in joining this years team as the events organiser. I' ve always had a major interest in managing a wide range of events. Moreover, this could help build my resume, which may open a great set of career opportunities in the long-run.

I kindly ask you to provide me with further information about the duties and responsibilities that the position offers, as I was not able to view the flyer last week due to internet problems at my workplace. Therefore, I would like to request a copy to be mailed to my registered address.

Furthermore, I offer a wide range of managerial experience which could be of a great asset towards the given vacancy. For instance, problem solving, attention to detail, and consistency are some of my strong traits. These may help add value towards attaining the job offer.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Yours faithfully,
Matt Jones
