Dear Joey,
I hope you are prospering and in the best of your spirits. I would like to genuinely like to thank you, for being my saviour and taking out time in your busiest days. I understand how life is tough for a doctor and it is very generous of you to help me settle down in the unknown city.
I have received my transfer letter day before yesterday and will be reaching London on the 1st of August. It would be better if I get accommodation 2-3 days before as documentation and procedure will take a few days. My office is on St. James street. So it would be convenient for me if the place is near 3-5 km from this location. Also, I suffer from acoustic migraine, it is better if there is no construction site near 300 metres. Last, I am looking for a flat, and I'm ready to share it with another student.
Once again, Thanks for making this easier for me. I hope I can return this favour one day.
Yours Lovingly,
Amy
