Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a resident who live in your new campus area. Recently, I have found the restaurant here is open till midnight which cause terribly noise. The major dish of the restaurant is fried food so making frquent high level sound is inevitable and many people come and sit at the outside table resulting the extra noise.
Most of resident working time is form 6AM or 7AM to afternoon so get up quite early. The noise is bothering us a lot and making my neighbours and I cannot have good sleep. Regardless effect on job, respect is the basic between one another. Besides, I discussed this issue with the owner of restaurant and he is careless, one reason from him is that is not his concern.
Therefore, I have no choice but ask your help. If you are able to talk with owner of restaurant about the issue and ask it to keep noise down I am so appreciate. If the university have not had some rules in connection with this case, I would like your consider it.
Yours sincerely,
Joe
