Dear Emily,
Hope this letter will find you well.
I am writing back to you in response to the questions in your letter.
We all understand the importance of the university education to us and our career future. However, as you complaint to me, as you studied, you just found that you lost the interest on your major and were not enjoying your internship which was a chance to practice it. You could not be satisfied with what you will learn, although your faculty is offering you the opportunity to study further on master, I don’t suggest you to pick it up.
As we have been friends for many years, I understand that you are more likely a hands-on girl who is always willing to challenge yourself in a highly competitive environment where you can develop more skills, gain working experience, and learn how to solve the problems that you would never confront in campus.
In this case, I suggest you to find a graduate level position in a sophisticated organisation in order for you to have many chances to take part in the training courses, workshops, team works, etc.
Anyway, I hope you can overcome the current circumstance about your future and find your own solutions soon.
Have a good one.
Regards,
Jo
