explain why the group is good for the community
suggest alternative days and times for practice

Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to put a request in front of you regarding the community hall you run, on behalf of my group of musicians. I have come to know from notice board that the Community Hall is no longer available for us to practice.
As you might know that our band not only plays folk music but also represent our state on international level. Moreover, many tourists come to watch our monthly concert.
Owing these facts, our band helps to boost the economy. Here, I would like to mention one more thing that we also play for charity purposes. We committed to work community and perform at least two concerts every year which we dedicate to orphanage.
Therefore, I would like to suggestion in the changing of our schedule. If you allow us then we can come on any other days in the morning or afternoon as the Community Hall is busy in the evening time.
I hope you will consider my request.
Yours sincerely,
Aman
