Dear Sir,
I am John, from the band of brothers and i am writing to express my disappointment after receiving the letter from the community, that we will no longer be able to use the hall for rehearsals. I would request you to change the timings and days instead of cancelling the practice completely.
Let me explain our situation, we are a music group focusing on the betterment of community through spreading messages of peace and harmony through music. We do a lot of charity events thereby raising funds for the Springfield community. Our group has won awards from the local government for our contribution in the fight against drugs. As you know, Music has healing properties and it calms the senses. Music helps to rehabilitate people struggling with addiction to drugs.
However, if we are not supported by our community it will be difficult for us to continue the good work that we are doing for the service of humanity. I understand that there is some noise while playing music and it hinders with the evening mass at church opposite the building. Hence, I would request you to swap the timings and days instead of cancelling altogether. We are ok to practice on Monday's and Wednesday's instead of Tuesday and Friday evenings at the community hall.
Look forward to hearing a positive reply soon.
Yours faithfully,
John
