Dear Ric,

I would like to use your ability to find a villa in Town Hall, Sydney for myself and family as my company has transferred my job from Perth. Most probably, from next month January, we would like to avail the place. my family member count is five for which villa should contain at least three bedrooms, one guest room, one kitchen, and two luxury toilets.

we also hope it should be have parking facility for two long size sedan cars. If, in good price range, swimming pool and garden option is possible that would be a cheery on cake. Moreover, please make sure villa must be neat and clean and under service contract.
