You are renting an apartment. Write a letter to your landlord regarding a noise problem from your neighbors. Include the following in your letter:
– What is the problem?
– What have you done about it?
– What would you like the landlord
Dear Mr Zukerburg,
All things were good until last month when some students from Alberta have shifted in apartment number 102. I am
writing this letter to bring to your notice the disturbance from these neighbors and hope you would take necessary actions.
Despite the strict guidelines of the apartment to maintain silence at night time, I have observed that boys living next right to my accommodation have created too much noise at the night time which does not allow me to sleep properly. Moreover, during weekends, they invite their university friends and make noise throughout the day by singing songs loudly.
Primarily, in order to solve this issue, I talked them personally and informed how their such behavior negatively affects me and others living in the same building. I am surprised to see that despite verbal warning, they continue to do similar acts which needs your attention.
I would really appreciate if you interfere in this matter, and I want you to solve this matter legally. For the same, legal notice should be given by taking secretary of the building in the loop. If problem continues, ask management to take strict actions against them.
Hope you would understand the seriousness of the issue and take actions at earliest.
Yours sincerely,
Nirav Dave
