Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to ask you to find a new accommodation for me as my family situation has changed recently.
I would like to apprise you that my old parents will be moving in along with me, so it will be quite difficult to accommodate them in a studio apartment which we had shortlisted earlier for tenancy. Thus keeping the present situation in mind I am looking for a much bigger apartment preferably a three-bedroom apartment in a low-rise society with amenities like swimming pool, parking, gymnasium and security. The apartment should be located in the suburbs of the city where we can enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
As you are aware that my current tenancy will expire by the month end so I would request you for find some suitable options so that we could finalize it and I could move in by beginning of next month.
I look forward to your immediate response.
