Dear Mr. Shelby,
I am your tenant for the past four months in your apartment 201, rockwood society building 3. This apartment is nearest to the language school center where I got admission to study French for my professional purposes.
There is no doubt about the serene surroundings and beautiful environment near your rental house but, I and my flatmates are facing an issue with the problem of using water in your apartment. The boiler is not heating the water and constantly stops working in the past few days. We called your maintenance guy, and he could not fix the issue permanently. He suggested buying a new boiler because the current one is in damped condition. Apart from this, we are unable to take showers in the morning before going to language school due to the cold weather and cold water. In the evening, we are unable to wash utensils after dinner because of the cold water. With these problems, life has become hard and I feel terribly without hot water.
Fortunately, I went to the market yesterday and found a new boiler which is not very expensive. I have enclosed all the details along with shop contact and address to buy the new boiler machine. Please grant money to your workmen and sent them to buy the new boiler machine. Without a boiler, there could risk of getting sick with using cold water in this cold weather. With such kind of risk, it will affect our learning at school. We could not take this kind of risk with our professional careers. Therefore, I urge you to take immediate action with this current problem in your flat.
I am looking forward to a quick resolution.
Yours sincerely,
Shwatank Bhasin
