Dear Sir,
My name is Tina, I am studying a short course at York University, Canada. I am coming from India to study this course for my higher education. I am writing this letter to inform that the accommodation you have provided is noisy, next to my room there is a gym for men and it is working 24 hours a day. They play music or songs all-time in high volume which is effecting my studies. I already have a complaint about this issue to the security of locality, but nothing has changed.
I never thought that this issue will come on my way and impacts my education severely. Before coming here, I assured that this accommodation is not a hostel, but a private place to live, thus it will be noise-free and clean all the time. Unfortunately, this is not the truth and I already have tried my best to stop this problem.
Therefore, I would request you to please take some steps immediately against the gym club or change my residence to somewhere countryside. I need to finish this problem as soon as possible to continue my studies smoothly.
I hope you will understand my problem and take some productive actions.
