Hello Rahul,
This is Tina from photography department. I am writing this letter to seek your help on the accommodation facilities granted to me. I am very disappointed with the hospitality granted by your organisation.
I am not getting hot water in my room. It is difficult to take bath in cold water daily. My health will be seriously affected if i take bath in cold water, because i am not used to it. I did made a complaint about it to hospitality department, unfortunately it never helped me. The checklist which was shown to me during my admission had a point on hot water availability. I was pleased with it before i joined the college. It is a big trouble for me every morning to fetch water from my neighbor room.
It would be great if you can arrange geyser facility in my room. Also, you can educate your hospitality department staffs to respond well to students queries. I would expect your help at the earliest. I hope my problem will be resolved by you.
Looking forward to hear back from you.
Thanks,
Tina
