As a result I will be needing three weeks annual leave to enable me travel to Bendigo, because I am expected to be at the facility on the 28/12/2016 for general work place orientation and fire training within the facility.
considering, the urgency of my travelling is it possible for one of the newly employed causal staff to take over my shift pending my arrival from Bendigo? I will be spending three weeks in Bendigo and I will appreciate leave approval before 28/12/2016 to enable me make traveling arrangement and do so travelling shopping before I leave.
I am open to any sugestion you may have regarding my leave request and approval. I will be most grateful if my request is given due consideration by you.
Kind regards
John Peters.
