Dear Mr.Jeames
I am writing with regard to a problem I have and I wish to ask your assistance in this matter. Actually my wife is having my next baby in upcoming month and because we don’t have any relatives in the city, I was looking forward to take some time off work. Considering the cares needed after the child is born, I think I am going to take at least two month off work. I totally understand that my absense would cause some problems for the company but I will try so hard to compensate my absense after my return. However, I was preparing for such situation from the moment I found out about my wife s pregnancy. So I talked to Mark and Robert to take care of some of my responsibilities at the time I am off work. Obviously I have talked them through the regulations they need to be aware of in order to take over my tasks.. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I will be waiting for your decision.
Yours faithful,
Jack Watson
