Dear Sir,

I am inscribing this letter to express my dissatisfaction in the home delivery of the item which was to be delivered by your concern.

Primarily, I recently ordered a dress of ₹ 4499 from online shopping website and I opt for cash on delivery and I was informed thati 3-4 working days will be required to deliver my order. I got a ring from your delivery boy that he is coming to handover the dress.

However, when I gave him the money he did not return to me the balance amount by saying that he is not having change and assured me that he will arrange the change within few minutes and he also informed me the company's address, but he did not come back to return my money and take the entire ₹5000, of which I have called him several times but his number is not approachable and I even had visited the office but he has provided me fictitious address. I ask you to take strict action against the delivery man and refund my ₹ 500 balance.

I hope you will take this matter into consideration and looking forward for your prompt response.
