– what you didn’t like about the hotel
– what you want organizer to do.
Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel I have stayed in recently during the meeting you organized. Let me elaborate on this situation.
Last week I was lucky enough to attend your meeting at the banquet hall of the hotel. However, unfortunately. I had some difficulties with my wireless connection in my room and I had experienced an issue with air conditioning when the temperature rose above 35 degrees. For these complexities I was not able to download up-to-the-minute graphics into my presentation, in addition, the stress level has been increased due to malfunction cooling system.
Nevertheless, what I did not like more was staff at the hotel. I was disappointed with the service. You can imagine how unhappy I was to discover that nobody could tackle my problems. Furthermore, no one could offer me any sensible answer and I have been denied with service I requested.
I believe this matter deserves your urgent attention since these kinds of inconveniences have a huge impact on a decent and well-organized meeting. Please look into this matter as soon as possible in order to avoid interaction with unprofessional staff of the hotel where you may book rooms.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Helen Pr
