You bought a new HD television last week. At first, it seemed to work perfectly but after a few hours a line appeared across the TV and the sound seemed a little strange. You cannot take the TV back to the shop so you have decided to write to them.
Write a letter of complaint to the shop. In your letter,
give them the background information
describe the problem
ask them to resolve the issue
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the Sony TV(Model: HJAY89), bought from your downtown center on King's street. I am an exultant customer to you for 6 years but I am dissappointed by this product. I would like you to replace or fix the issues as soon as possible.
I purchased it this morning and for a few hours it worked fine. But after six uninterrupted hours of running, a line appeared on the right hand side of the screen which made the screen blurry and faded. In addition, the sound appears to contain noise and there is some lag between sound and video appearing on the screen. It is obnoxious as the LCD panel is integrated with the latest technology of the display and sound and tag with an exorbitant price.
Would it be possible for any of staff members to visit my place? My friends are coming to pick me up for shopping and I will be available after 4:00pm. However, I would recommend to you to replace my LCD panel immediately or refund my money to the credit card. I am attaching the cash receipt in the mail. Please let me know if you need more information regarding this issue.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
Your's Faithfully
