Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to an incident happened during my recent travelling in the TTC bus which has mentally disturbed me.
Actually, while travelling in TTC bus number 102 from Scarborough to Eglinton station on 25th October, instead of worrying about ongoing pandemic situation, the bus driver allowed more than 35 passengers to board in bus. Not only this, he broke the guideline of government and allowed many passengers without a face covering mask or shield.
I am much worried about the situation because on that day 2-3 passengers were feeling cough and within 2 days of my travelling, I have been feeling cough, cold and high-grade fever which are common symptoms of covin-19. As I am living with my family, this may spread corona virus to other family members. This has really disturbed me a lot.
I would appreciate if you could train TTC staffs to follow guideline provided by the health ministry of Canada government to avoid spreading of corona virus, and take strict actions against drivers who do not follow it. In addition, if you restrict numbers of passengers to be travelled in one bus, the same incident would not happen in future.
Hope you would understand seriousness of this issue and take appropriate actions.
Yours faithfully,
John Smith
