Dear Mr. Wright,
My name is Jim and I am a sophamore of polytechnision college. I am writing to you regarding the civil engineering course I applied last week.
Last Monday, I applied the civil engineering course; however, my application was declined due to no vacant admission this semester. The reason why I chose this course is that I want to commence my career as a civil engineer. Since there is no vacancy this year, I would like to reserve a civil engineering course for next semester. I can also transfer to structrual engineering or geotechnicial engineering, which is a remification of engineering priciple.
I sincerely hope you can arrange a structural engineering course for me this year and enroll a civil engineering course for me next year. If you prefer to discuss this issue with me in person, I am available all the time. I am looking forward to your reply and meeting with you in the furture.
Kind Regards
Jim
