• describe the situation

Dear Raj Sir,

I am writing this letter to convey my decision that I decided to discontinue the medical microbiology course because I have full day job and it is getting difficult to manage both things. After working full day, it become uneasy to attend classes in the evening.

Currently I am performing the duties of 2 supervisors, as another mate has resigned from the post last month. Therefore, I have to follow his roles and responsibilities also till the vacant position is filled. In addition to this, weekends are also busy because of my music classes. Hence, I have no time to relax and enjoy; as a result, I have decided to take a break from the course.

I would request you to refund my tuition fees as I have attended only 1 week. As per the policy of your institute I can demand refund 100 percent fee till 15 days of the course start. Further I want to know the procedure of refund claim.

I look forward to receiving your reply as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,
Vishal Bhat
