Hello Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you with regard to my course which I am attending at your college.
I am a student of Business and Logistics Training course in your institution and I will not able to attend the classes on 20th July onwards. I am hoping that you would allow me to continue the course with the next term.
I work with a international telecom company as and Business Analyst and due to some latest projects, my office demands more of my time. Besides, I have strict deadlines ahead, which cause me to work a few extra hours a day. Moreover, I will travel overseas at the beginning of the July for some training related to my work. All these work matters force me to skip some of the classes for the time being. However, I would like to finish the course as it would be firmly beneficial for my career.
Therefore, I humbly request you to allow me to attend the next available term to catch up with my skipped classes.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
