Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue my evening computer classes, which I have been attending for the last six months.
Recently, I have changed my organization, where I have been working for the last three years, for the development of my job profile. I have promoted as a team lead, and needless to say, my roles and responsibilities have also increased, thereby I have to spend extra time in office to finish my daily workload.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for me to attend evening classes because of the increased work pressure, as I have to join meetings on daily basis in the evening due to which I fail to reach for the course on time frequently.
I want to complete my course as it will be beneficial for my carrier growth. Taking everything into consideration, I request you to adjust my course timing in the morning schedule so that I can finish my course successfully.
I hope you will consider my humble request and waiting for a positive response from your side.
Yours sincerely,
Deepak
