Dear Miss Alex and Eliza,
I am writing to express my inability for continuing my post-graduation diploma in Food Systems and Processing, owing to some personal reasons.
I am doing a full-time job as an accountant at ABC company and also spending my evening time as a home tutor in New South Wales. Although my job is satisfying enough in order to pay my all expenses, I cannot quit my part-time job as students have their final exams soon. Therefore, I am unable to continue my course-work at this time, because my presence at both the jobs is necessary.
I have to spend almost eight hours at my workplace and sometimes do overtime to accomplish my work assignments. Also, in the evenings, I go to teach elementary statistics to my students at their homes. So, most of my time has spent in commuting and working, which makes me feel tired at night. Nonetheless, I have no time to continue with online classes at night.
Can I request for online classes on weekends? This could be the only solution for me to study in wholesome at I am completely free on every Saturday or Sunday. If you want I will send my workplace schedule for your assurance. Kindly take this matter into your consideration.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Elisha Nuts
