Essay topics:

You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.

You now find that you cannot continue the course.

Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter

describe the situation
explain why you cannot continue at this time
say what action you would like to take
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr Sawant,

I am writing to inform you regarding the discontinuation of the ANSYS course in the middle of the scheduled plan. Working as Sales Engineer in project's division this tool is of quite important to get dexterous with, but unfortunately due to the addition of workload, it is not possible to continue with my evening lectures as planned.

Recently, I have been promoted to Technical Sales Manager, where instead of handling one project at a time, I have to manage more than four as per my new KPI. Most of the decision making process with undergoing evaluation lies on me and have to work extra hours in the evening. Which makes it difficult to attend the classes in the evening during weekdays.

Next month onwards, that is by November, I will be certainly relieved with the deadlines; if possible from your end, we can continue the training on weekends by increasing the number of hours. As only twelve hours of lectures are remaining, within a month we can hope to get it done with if we plan to do so.

Kindly let me know your response on the same, I open for any other suggestion from your end.

Yours sincerely,

Shreyas Parab
