You have just bought a Walkman from a shop at the airport but found a fault with it after reaching home. Write to the shop for a solution.
Dear Sir/madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention that, the walkman I bought yesterday from your store at the airport is faulty. I would like you to please replace the product.
The walkman I purchased on 29th January, was a gift for my daughter. As i was running late for my daughter birthday, I straight way took the product and left for home or else I would have first checked it at your store and then leave. Unfortunately as she tried to play it, the play button pops back and the audio stops. We tried it with variuos other disc thinking that it could be becaise of the faulty disc but it happened with all of them.
Therefore, I would request you to replace this product as this issue seem to be irrepairable. However, I am sending this walkman back and appreciate if the replacement is done at the earliest.
