Dear Mr. Jones,
I am your new neighbour moved recently into Villa 36. I am writing this letter to inform you about house warming party i am planning to arrange next saturday.
I am new to Australia and moved last fortninght here with my wife and two school going kids. I am working for an insurance company and my wife is currently setting up the home and finding job. Meanwhile, we are also planning to have a house warming party for our new home. I do have some old friends and colleauges invited for the party next Saturday. Since, i will be meeting with some of the friends after a while, it is possible that party may get extened late in the night. I am afraid that you have hear some noise and disturbances, however, will try to wrap up everything by midnight. I sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause to you.
Alternatively, i was wondering whether its possible for you & your family join the party as well. We will be happy to meet you and wife and children will get acquainted as well. Please let me know what's your thought about this and do send me your food preferances, if any.
