Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to request the rectification of erroneous information being published in Sunday's newsletter.
As you are aware that the article is about the major tourist attractions near our town. I was surprised to notice that Geneva Lake has been included in the list as one of the \must-visit places which is misleading for holidaymakers and tourists as there is no lake whatsoever in the close vicinity of our town. It is tremendously important to make the correction on an immediate basis because thousands of subscribers rely on the facts and figures published in the article and they would be devastated if they were unable to find this place during their visit. Visitors might resent this by never visiting our town again and this would affect the tourism sector.
I would like to request the editor to recall the published newsletter and post the correction on official media accounts. Furthermore, the organization must take special care before printing the magazine by seeking endorsement by the locals about the sites included in it.
I hope the prompt action will be taken on this.
Yours sincerely,
Ammar
