you have just spent a week with a friend on holiday. When you got home, you realised you had left your wallet there.
. thank your friend for the holiday.
. explain that you left your wallet in their house.
. give them instructions on how to send it back to you
Dear Matt,
Hope you are doing well. First of all, I would like to thank you for your amazing company and the hospitality during our trip to your home town Manali. I am still in trance with the exotic valleys, mesmerizing mountains and the panoramic views of the lake. I can say that visiting Manali was a one-off alluring experience which I had in a while. Now I feel completely fresh and rejuvenated.
However, as you know of trips finishes without any problems. A problem-free trip is not our cup of tea. I am writing to say that when I reached home I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at your house. If, I remember correctly I have kept it on the cabinet in the drawing room and may have missed it as I was in a hurry to catch the bus. The wallet contains some cash, credit card and most importantly my student ID card which I need while entering the university gates therefore without this card my life will become miserable
Hence I would request you to send me the wallet as soon as possible through a speed post at my mailing address.
I look forward to your response and seeing you soon.
Warm wishes
