Dear Sir/Mam
I am writing this letter to you with regard to my bag that I left in room number 225 in Lilo Hotel Adelaide on 27th October.
My name is John, I came to the hotel Lilo for spending my weekend on 25th October at 5:00 pm and stayed in room 225 on the second floor that was having a beautiful view of the lake outside the window.
Moreover, my bag is an Adidas brand, and its color is brown. The bag is very spacious having size 12 inches wide and long. The bag has two compartments in which I kept my personal identification cards and academic certificates along with the mobile charger.
Actually, Sunday 27th October was my returning day. I was going to be late for my flight to London and forget to carry my bag that was placed in one of the cabinets of the cupboard. After reaching my home, I found that my bag was left in the hotel room.
I want to make a request to you to send my bag through courier service at my address 9249 122 st, London, V3V 4L4. I will be responsible to pay the delivery charges.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully
John
