Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report my lost luggage in yesterday’s AHM-BOM Durando Express and would like to inquire if anyone has turned it over in your office.
My luggage is a small sky-blue Nike bag with Indigo travel sticker attached on it. It also has a white bag tag with my name and contact details on the right side of the bag. Not only, it contains my precious life-long achievement certificates but also, immeasurable worth of last photographs of my grand parents which are so much precious for me.
Yesterday evening, I took a train from Bombay and stored my bag inside the top left cabin of my birth ‘C’ which is in 24-A. After reaching home, it was only then I came to know about by left-behind luggage.
I would like to kindly ask if you could give me an advice if my bag is already in your custody or if someone have brought it in your station office. You may reach me anytime through my mobile number 9876543210. Also, please send it through Fed-Ex courier services as I am willing to bear all the expenses.
I hope you will take this matter seriously.
Your faithfully,
Sunny Mehta
