Dear Sir or Madam,
C-Train Company.
I am writing this letter to report missing briefcase on a train journey. It contain vital visa documents papers and include few currency notes. It is small approximately 2 x 3 inches, grey in color and handle in middle. There is a brand name 'VIP' mentioned on front side.
Firstly, I was commuting from my office near central station to my home (park station). I mostly prefer your train service as there was lot of traffic congestion on roads. Last friday, when I took 6:30 pm train from central station and get down at park station. When I reached my home I realised that I have forgotten my briefcase inside train. I have immediately runs to park station to report the missing item but they advised me to write a memo to railway company.
In fact, I would like to propose some actions which would helpful to find my item. Firstly, kindly circulate the missing report to all train station officers and appraise them about if they notice such item they have to contact me. Another thing, They can check CCTV footage of next stations where we can trace if someone has stolen the item from station. This will certainly benefit to find missing item. Please note my personal email and contact number if they will get any details.
Looking forward to your co-operation.Thank you.
Your's faithfully,
Dev D
