You have lost something on a bus and called customer service to get help. You weren't happy with their response. Write a letter to the bus company manager.
In your letter, you should:
describe the item you lost
explain why you weren't happy with the customer service
say what action you would like the company to take.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to enquire about the valuable item which I have lost while traveling from Delhi to Mumbai by one of your charter buses on 25th June. Even though I phoned customer service of your company to discuss it, I have not satisfied with the response received.
The item in the question was my Rolex Submariner Dive watch, which I purchased from a Rolex outlet in Delhi during my stay there. It has a stainless-steel bracelet and a black bezel. Accidently, I left my traveler bag in the overhead compartment of the bus and my watch was inside it.
As far as the support of the customer service is concerned, I am sorry to say that I am really disappointed with that. I explained to them, being the last passenger on the bus, it might be possible that one of your staff could find it. Although I have been discussing the same matter with them for 10 days, they did nothing in return.
I would appreciate it if you personally look into this matter and assign one dedicated executive who can help to expedite this matter and help me find my wristwatch. I would also request you to please ask your staff to provide prompt assistance in such critical matters.
I am looking forward to your help on this.
Your's faithfully,
Tom
