ask the manger to cancel the old card and to issue you a replacement
Dear Sir/Madam
I am a long-term credible client of your bank. I am writing in relation to an unpleasant event happening for me, recently and I hope you could help me.
As usual, last night I went shopping to buy some of food and equipment needed for my home in the central supermarket. There was greatly crowded at the cash desk. After the payment, when I was getting home, I realized that my wallet was not there maybe it was stolen. I don't know what did actually happen to it? But, some of my personal document were lost, such as my identity card, membership card, credit card and so on. Even though I came back there and quest any person and places near the supermarket, I could not find anything.
I would like to ask you revoking my old credit card to preserve any feasible misusage if it is possible, and publish a new one for me at your earliest convenience.
I look forward to receiving your reply.
Yours faithfully
