I am writing this letter to request to get a new identity card which I have lost couple of days back.
First up all, couple of days back, we went to museum from our university that time I was in hurry to catch my bus to go to my house and I forget to take my ID card. I realised once I reach home and I have lost it in order to this I am unable to come to college Campos with out Identity card but I can get a letter from my Head of Department and I need to show it to Security people every time. I feel more painful to get a letter from Head of the department as he is always busy with the consecutive meetings. Another problem is that I unable to enter in to computer lab without swipe my ID card, my computer lab examination for next week in that case I need to practice a lot.
I therefore request you to please provide a new Identity card so that I can manage my computer examination as well as I can avoid some timings to wait to get a approval letter from Head of operation.
