Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about the loss of identification card on 21st of June in college campus. I have lost this card during my travel from hostel to college. This card is very useful and mandatory to me, without this card I cannot enter the college premises and apart from that my final terms are next week for which I required new one on urgent basis.
This card is also use for access to library, computer class and for the several discounts too which are available for student on books, games and clothing. Apart from that I have to returned a book which I borrowed from state library with two days else they would fine me 100 rupees per day. Being a student I cannot afford that much amount to pay as a fine.
Therefore, I am requesting you for a new card. It would be great if you take this issue on high priority as they staff will only then allow me to sit in exams.
I am waiting to hear from you as earliest as possible.
Your Faithfully,
