I am writing this letter for informing you to discuss the agenda for the next day.
I am a working here as a hr administrator past 2 years. My job responsibility is to trained the junior hr and handle them queries regarding job , maintain attendance sheet,payroll and recruitment . I am maintaining daily attendance sheet. And giving the training for the junior employee how to recruit the employees.
In last days my promotion had done and I am a work there as a hr manager . I am handling the hr department. And I would to discuss the most important factor is retention . How to overcome the retention however the higher ration see in the in in skilled employees as well as semi skilled employees . Because retention is one of the biggest issue of the company.
This issue is removing we have make a strong strata egg for employes engagement activities. Organisation offers them pension plan , over time compensation etc. while female women’s working in the company they gave extension of maturnity leave we have arrange the celebration for every festival.and make a company’s environment very peaceful.and celebrate employees birthday in the organisation.
The employees provide powerful training. Form there duty. Generally training is required for in in skilled employees or semi skilled employees.
